Legend: This figure illustrates the various treatments for heart failure with improved ejection fraction that depend on the etiology of heart failure. These treatments include revascularization, circulatory support, anti-arrhythmic devices and guideline directed medical therapy. Such therapies can contribute to improvement in cellular and molecular cardiac remodeling to potentially improve ejection fraction.
