(2025) https://BioRender.com/z15x436). b HCVpp entry assays with glycoprotein JFH-1 (genotype 2a). Binding of CYS to SCARB1 leads to concentration-dependent inhibition of HCVpp entry into hepatocytes. ITX5061 was used as positive control. c HCVpp entry assays with glycoprotein Con1 (genotype 1b) also showed concentration-dependent entry inhibitory activity of CYS.
