  1. The investigated cecropins were screened against Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Mycobacterium smegmatis ATCC 607, Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) ATCC 33592, and Candida albicans FH2173. The lowest concentration at which the strains inhibited growth was provided for each tested strain.
