(a) the phylogenetic tree constructed from SVs of the 453 accessions; (b) the phylogenetic tree constructed from gene PAVs of the 453 accessions. Different Colors represent the grouping information derived from SNP analyses. Both SVs and PAVs clearly classified the 453 rice accessions into Xian/Indica, Geng/Japonica, circum-Aus and circum-Basmati/Sadri groups.
