Histone H3 variants levels were analyzed using study SRP010096 (GSE3840), as indicated in the Methods section. (a) Enrichment of histones H3.1 and H3.3 at telomeres and at centromeres versus the input samples. Tel indicates telomeres whereas Cen indicates centromeres.
