The PCA detection method.

(See Supplementary video file S4) the video includes an animation in which the PCA algorithm is presented. To aid viewing the animation pauses after ‘training’ (cluster identification) and the classification of the ‘unknown’ data, so that the reader can view the construction of the 3D chart of the confusion matrix which depicts the efficiency of this method.
