From: The hemocompatibility of oxidized diamond nanocrystals for biomedical applications
The tests were carried out by using the CCK-8 assay. No cytotoxic effects were observed for cells treated with NDs and HP-PA-NDs at the concentration range of 25–200 μg/mL for 18 h, whereas a dose-dependent toxicity was detected for GOs under the same experimental conditions. The experiments were repeated in triplicate.
