atRA were involeved in Tal2 expression in P19 cells.
(a) P19 cells were treated with 1 μM atRA and cultured in adherent conditions for 0, 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 36 and 48 h. RT-PCR was performed to examine Tal2 expression in these cells. Tal2 expression was induced by atRA treatment of cells in adherent conditions as well as those in suspension culture. These images were cropped.
