Off-target analysis of SOX9-K396R gRNAs.

Direct sequencing of the PCR-amplified Sox9 locus and five putative off-target sites from single representative mouse are shown as representative results. Only the sequence of the Sox9 locus showed overlapping peaks caused by substitution. The gRNA target and possible off-target sequences were shown at the fourth to twenty-sixth bases, as indicated by the darker background color.
