From: The short-chain fatty acid receptor GPR43 is transcriptionally regulated by XBP1 in human monocytes
GPR43 mRNA is up-regulated in primary human monocytes, neutrophils and PMA differentiated U937 cells as determined by quantitative PCR.
Results shown are standardized to undifferentiated U937 cells and error bars represent the mean ± s.d. of three independent cell cultures.
