(d) mice mortality was evaluated for the specific pathogen free ICR female mice injected with P. aeruginosa grown with 0, 10 and 100 μM, respectively. Mice injected with 1% DMSO and 100 μM 6-gingerol were used as negative controls. The same volume of DMSO was added to the “0 μM 6-gingerol” treatments as the 6-gingerol treatments.
