  1. The same model as in Table 5 was applied while sequentially eliminating each host population, to determine the P value for the Sympatric versus Allopatric term for the Ptt pathogen. This analysis was performed considering all six of the host populations (i.e., including COR, for which no pathogen sample was available). The populations are in descending order based on their ‘weight’ on the P value for the Sympatric versus Allopatric term.
