  1. Metabolites have w*cross-validated confidence intervals (95%) not including 0. * = significant change from CON p > 0.05 (one-way ANOVA). No metabolites are significantly (one-way ANOVA) different between after false discovery rate correction, i.e. have a p-value < q-value. Metabolites are sorted with the most positive w* on top, i.e. the most closely associated with CWP in the OPLS-DA model.
