AFM analysis of single-layer TiO2 samples.

The top column depicts the surface morphology of different samples: immersed in a colloidal suspension of single-layer TiO2 for 20 minutes for (a) sample 1, (b) sample 2 and (c) sample 3 and (d) immersed in colloidal suspension having been diluted 100 times for 30 seconds. The bottom is the height profile of marked line in (a–d), respectively and structure model of single-layer Ti1-δ O2 in (I).
