Different impact of BCG and Mtb mutants on DC apoptosis.
DC were left untreated (Ctrl), or infected for 24 h with wt Mtb or Mtb and BCG recombinant strains. Apoptosis was assessed by FACS analysis through Annexin-V and FvDye staining. A representative experiment, out of 5 independent experiments performed, is shown. Numbers in the dot plots correspond to the percentage of cells in each quadrant.
