From: Nifuroxazide exerts potent anti-tumor and anti-metastasis activity in melanoma

Nifuroxazide inhibited tumor metastasis.
2 × 105 B16-F10 cells were injected intravenously via the tail vein to produce experimental lung metastasis. The mice were randomly assigned to groups on day 6 and were administrated intraperitoneally injection of nifuroxazide 50 mg/kg or vehicle once a day. (a) Lung metastatic nodules were visualized. (b) The weight of lungs and the lung/body coefficients in each group. (c) Metastases count at day of sacrifice in lung of vehicle and NIF-treated groups using H&E staining and macroscopic pictures.
