MCF-7 (a) and ZR75-1 cells (b) were transiently transfected with PANDAR, GFP (NC) siRNAs or mock for 48 h and the cell cycle profiles were examined by flow cytometry. (c) Reintroduction of PANDAR expressing plasmid rescues PANDAR silencing exerted G0/G1 phase arrest in MCF-7 cells. (d) PANDAR silencing doesn’t affect the apoptosis of MCF-7 cells.
