BV-S-HA and BV-A-HA refers to the recombinant baculovirus with WPRE regulatory element driven by CMV and ie1 promoters respectively; BV-S-ITRs-HA and BV-A-ITRs-HA refers to the recombinant baculovirus with WPRE and ITRs regulatory elements driven by CMV and ie1 promoters, respectively; BV-S-con-HA and BV-A-con-HA refers to the recombinant baculovirus without any regulatory elements driven by CMV and ie1 promoters, respectively.
