Necroptosis inhibitor as well as pan-caspase inhibitors partially ameliorated neurotoxicity in Hrs-depleted cells.

(A) Treatment with pan-caspase inhibitors (zVAD-fmk or BocD-fmk) or necrostatin-1 (Nec1) significantly counteracted the neurotoxicity induced by the silencing of Hrs.
