(B) Histogram showing the distance of the motifs, present within individual DMRs, from the peak maxima. Note that the maximum distance from the peak maxima for most of the DMRs was equivalent to the length of DNA wrapped around one nucleosome. Hyper DMRs are denoted by white bars and hypo DMRs with black bars.
