Isoflurane preconditioning (ISO) upregulats TIGAR in mouse brain.

Mice were exposed to 1% isoflurane for 3 h to induce ISO. Cortex (A) and hippocampus (B) were dissected 6, 12, 24 and 48 h after ISO. The protein levels of TIGAR were detected with Western blot analysis. β-actin levels were used as loading control. Bar represents mean ± SD, n = 4. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 compared with control group.
