(C,D) Relative transcription profiles of these genes in P. pastoris grown in different media. The relative expression value of each gene in BMDY was assigned as 1 and the GAPDH gene was used as a reference (C); the relative expression value of the GAPDH gene was used as a reference and was assigned as 100% (D). Each test was conducted in triplicate and the results are presented as means ± SEM of three replicates (n = 3).
