Ferroelectric properties of the BLT, BLCT and BLFCT films.

(a) The polarization hysteresis loops were measured using a radiant system at a frequency of 10 kHz for the BLT, BLCT and BLFCT films on the STO (110) substrates at room temperature. (b) The polarization hysteresis loops for the BLCT film measured in the frequency range from 1 to 50 kHz. The loops are maintained at various frequencies.
