The mechanism map of effects of LNT on cancer cells.
LNT activated the immune system to promote tumor cell apoptosis through caspase 3-dependent signaling pathway and inhibited tumor cell proliferation possibly through targeting p53 via enhancement of p21. In addition, LNT inhibited angiogenesis to suppress tumor growth.
