Domain structure comparison of a classic hAT family transposon with the BO transposase gene family in Brassicaceae, Orobanche and Phelipanche.

The ribonuclease H-like domain, the hAT-like transposase domain and the hAT dimerization domain are in purple, orange and red, respectively. The insertion position in the ribonuclease H-like domain of the BOs is displayed as a rectangle.
