(A) Side-by-side comparison of the stability of probes P1 and P2 (1 μM) in human plasma at 37 °C. Fluorescence of probes P1 and P2 was monitored at 580 nm and was normalized to the fluorescence of a solution of TAMRA-NH2 (1 μM) and BHQ-2-SH (1 μM) in human plasma.
