(A,C) MoDCs and (B,D) MoLCs were stimulated with Pep19-2.5 and Pep19-4LF for 24 h. Annexin V-FITC and PI staining was performed followed by flow cytometry analysis. (A,B) Dot Plots from the same donor are representative for 3 independent experiments and percentage of stained cells is indicated. Staurosporine (1 μM) served as positive control.
