The fractions of residues in predicted (a) disordered, (b) low complexity, (c) secondary structure and (d) disordered binding regions of yeast TR extensions (TRC_E, in green) were compared to those of two equivalent reference segment sets, RAND_C (in yellow) and TRC_C (in grey) in the same way as described in Fig. 1.
