Subpathway-CorSP identified 20 significant metabolic subpathways, corresponding to 20 entire pathways. Plus sign, pathway was identified by the corresponding method at the 5% significance level. (B) Boxplot of average Pcc value for the 20 significant subpathways, the corresponding 20 entire pathways and all metabolic pathways. Average Pcc value for the 20 significant subpathways was significantly higher than for the corresponding 20 entire pathways (P = 2.861e-06) and significantly higher than for all metabolic pathways (P = 1.271e-05).
