From: Mining gut microbiome oligopeptides by functional metaproteome display
Immunoblot of oligopeptide phage particles stained with serum.
Oligopeptide:pIII fusion protein was stained with serum pools (1:200 dilution) from TNFΔARE/+ and wildtype mice. Bound antibodies were detected with an anti-mouse (IgA, IgG, IgM) secondary antibody. Control staining of mouse anti-hexahistidine and exemplary mouse anti-pIII (JOZ158-E11) staining was included to identify the pIII fusion protein.
