A549 cells were exposed to the indicated concentrations of (a) acrolein, (b) nicotine and (c) mecamylamine with or without 2% CSE under 20% O2 prior to immunoblotting (IB) analysis of whole-cell lysates for HIF-1α and HIF-1β.
