SDS-PAGE analysis of the purified recombinant Mtb Mur enzymes (MurA-MurF).

Protein molecular weight markers (Lane 1); MurA-MurF (Lane 2-Lane 7). The molecular weight of MurD and MurF includes its MBP tag (42.5 kDa) along with their actual molecular weight (50.3 kDa and 51.6 kDa, respectively). 1 μg of total proteins was loaded in the gel.
