  1. Residual activities (RAs) were calculated with respect to ‘no drug’ control assays (containing 5% DMSO) at 100 μM concentration. The IC50 was determined by measuring the activity at six different compound concentrations (5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 μM) and represents the concentration for which the RA was 50%.
