A representative case showing the continuous measurement of the intraoperative focal macular electroretinograms before, during, and after scleral indentation with the infusion cannula closed, i.e., without IOP control.

Note that during the indentation the amplitude immediately decreased, and it recovered quickly after the indentation was released. The amplitudes at the recovery phase are significantly larger than that at the baseline.
