From: Identification of Comamonas testosteroni as an androgen degrader in sewage
Genus-level phylogenetic analysis (Illumina MiSeq) revealed the temporal changes in the bacterial community structures in various aerobic sewage treatment samples.
(A) Lewinella was commonly detected in all sewage treatments. (B) Pseudomonas was slightly enriched in the testosterone-treated aerobic sewage. (C) Comamonas was highly enriched in the testosterone-treated aerobic sewage.
