From: Gene expression profiling of breast cancer in Lebanese women
Pie chart representation of Gene Ontology (GO) for genes differentially expressed in microarray analyses and summarized according to protein class, in Lebanese population.
Gene expression in tumor breast tissue was compared to surrounding non-tumor breast tissue, and the criterion for differential expression was choosing the top 50 fold changes with an adjusted P < 0.05, and a gene count >2 of the DEGs. Functional categories of DEGs were obtained using GO annotations from PANTHER classification system.
