(B) Averaged results of behavioral testing demonstrating that under partial blockade of the serotonergic system (G1) memory exists on the first test, but significantly decreases at the second and third tests after injection of mianserin (p < 0.01; T3-4). G1 – Reminder+mianserin injection after test 1 (T1); G2 – Reminder+anisomycin injection; G3 – Reminder+saline (control). The drugs (ANI, mianserin) were injected only once in these experiments.
