Non-irradiated group was administrated vehicle without irradiation. Irradiated group and δ-TOS group were respectively administrated with vehicle and δ-TOS (100 mg/kg) 24 h before & 1 h after 6.5 Gy TBI. (a) Bone marrow nuclear cells (BMNCs) count of each group on the 10th day after irradiation. (b) Colony-forming unit-granulocyte and monocyte (CFU-GM) count, burst-forming unit-erythroid (BFU-E) count, burst forming unit-megakaryocyte (BFU-MK) count and mixed colony-forming unit (CFU-Mix) count on the 10th day after irradiation. Data represent the mean ± S.E.M. (n = 8); *P < 0.05; **P < 0.01 vs. irradiated group.
