(a) OCT images revealed retinal ONL degeneration 7 days after the mice were treated with various doses of MNU. Retinal detachment (asterisk) was observed in the group treated with MNU (70 mg/kg). (b) Scotopic electroretinogram (ERG) responses of a- and b-waves elicited by light at an intensity of 19.1 cd · s/m2 were recorded at the same time point.
