Locations of primer-binding regions in the reference sequence (Pf; Gene bank accession no. M19173.1) was indicated by arrows. (B) Schematic representation of the Pfcrt gene LAMP primers: Construction of the inner primers FIP (F1c + F2) and BIP (B1c + B2) were indicated. F1c and B1c are complementary to F1 and B1.
