A549 (A) and NMuMG (C) cells were treated with 100 pM TGF-β in the presence of increasing concentrations of PBP for 48 h. Cell lysates were resolved by performing immunoblotting with specific antibodies against fibronectin, N-cadherin, vimentin, E-cadherin, PAI-1, and β-actin. A549 (B) and NMuMG (D) cells were treated with increasing concentrations of TGF-β or PBP for 48 h.
