Hot colors indicate the strength of the correlation as an indirect measure of functional connectivity. The averaged study-specific echo planar imaging (EPI) is used as background. Voxel-wise group comparisons for each network between far from onset preHD and control subjects revealed no significant differences indicating similar functional networks in both groups.
