(a) Hierarchical clustering of log2 fold-change per gene (output/input) demonstrated the absence of isolator-specific clustering. (b) Scatter plot of log2 fold-change per gene (input/output) for isolator 1 versus isolator 2 revealed a strong correlation between the two isolators. Piglet 8 was found to be responsible for the largest variance within the sample set, this was due to a lower number of Tn mutants being recovered from this piglet compared to others.
