(A) The GO classification map was done by uploading the GO ID numbers of genes for their involvement in biological processes, cellular components, and molecular functions. The number of Unigenes assigned to each GO term is shown in the right column. (B) A total of 81 produced functional annotations were among the 25 categories. The Y-axis shows the number of cuticle protein genes in each COG term.
