(a) Overview of the results from the mitochondrial stress test performed on the striatal mitochondria, where it was found that: (b–d) State II, state III and state IV respiration, all displayed significant interactions. Post hoc tests all showed that saline-HD mitochondria had lower respiration than saline-WT. NAC-HD mitochondria did not differ from saline-WT mitochondria in any respiratory state.
