Unbiased recording and identification of thymic cellular interactomes using synthetic Notch receptors

Interactions with haematopoietic and stromal cells in the thymus are essential for T cell development. Here, the authors develop an unbiased genetic system based on synthetic Notch receptors to label and characterize mouse thymocytes and the neighboring cells they come into physical contact with.
