Perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells face challenges in efficiency and stability. Agresti et al. introduce a MXene-based surface dipole passivation to form a field-effect junction in semi-transparent perovskite modules, achieving efficiencies above 16% on 60 cm². Integrated four-terminal tandems exceeds 19% efficiency and retain 95% of initial after three months of outdoor operation.
