Hepatocytic Bcl6 regulates sex-specific drug metabolism in the liver. In this paper the authors found that expression of male-dominant or female-dominant cytochrome P450 is altered in Bcl6 liver-specific knockout mice. Serum sex hormones and fertility did not change in these mice, suggesting that in this mouse model the effects are exclusively liver-specific.
