Probing molecules in excited vibrational states requires precise methods
to extract the spectroscopic parameters. Here the authors demonstrate
optical-optical double-resonance spectroscopy of excited-bands of methane using
single pass high power continuous wave pump and cavity-enhanced frequency comb
probe.
