This study constructs LGS hydrogel, LGS - E gel, and LGS/APG hydrogel systems, revealing that the formation of LGS supramolecular hydrogel relies on the synergy of hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interaction, has a specific formation range, and exhibits dual responsiveness to temperature and pH.
